Le Réseau canadien de connaissances sur le bien-être (RCCB), une initiative émergente d’un groupe de plus en plus important d’organisations et de personnes issues des secteurs public, privé, universitaire et communautaire, a le plaisir de vous inviter à une table ronde en ligne intitulée « L’économie du bonheur est-elle prête à subir une véritable analyse coûts-avantages? » le 22 novembre de 12 h à 13 h 30 (HE). Nous découvrirons les indices WELLBY et WALY tels que décrits par leurs auteurs, déterminerons leurs points communs et discuterons de la capacité des deux approches à faire du bien-être le premier objectif des gouvernements. Ce webinaire est coanimé avec le Département d’équité, d’éthique et de politiques et le Centre interuniversitaire de recherche en économie quantitative (CIREQ). Les présentations seront données en anglais, mais il sera possible de poser vos questions en français. Vous êtes tous les bienvenus. The Canadian Wellbeing Knowledge Network (CWKN), an emerging initiative of a growing group of organizations and individuals from public, private, academic and community sectors is pleased to invite you to an online panel discussion, “The economics of happiness: is it ready for serious cost-benefit analysis?” on November 22nd from 12:00 to 13:30 EST. We will learn about the units of “WELLBY”s and “WALY”s from their creators, find out whether they agree, and discuss how ready these approaches are to support wellbeing as the primary goal of governments. This webinar is being co-hosted with the McGill Department of Equity, Ethics and Policy and the Centre Interuniversitaire de Recherche en Économie Quantitative (CIREQ).
