This event will be held in person. As part of the event, we will also be hosting a special information session for PhD students preparing to enter the job market. This information session will be available in hybrid mode, allowing both in-person and virtual participation. Please note that priority for in-person participation for this session will be given to conference presenters due to limited seating capacity.

Transportation
Airport: the 747-bus runs between the city and Montreal Trudeau International Airport. It has two route options. The second route has several stops in the city. The closest one to Concordia University and Grey Nuns Residence is the second stop, the corner of René-Lévesque and Guy. For more information on hours of operation, bus fare, route and stops, please consult the following link.

The alternatives to the 747-bus are via taxi or Uber, car rental companies and hotel shuttle buses that are available at the airport.

VIA Rail: the main stop is in downtown Montreal and is connected to the Bonaventure and McGill metro stations.

Additionally, if travelling within the city, the closest metro station to Concordia University-SGW campus and the conference venue is Guy-Concordia. The closest metro stations to Grey Nuns Residence are Guy-Concordia and Lucien L’Allier.
