Entertainment expenses apply to meals at restaurants with the lecturer (lunch and supper the day of or possibly night before the presentation of the seminar or workshop). For CIREQ-Concordia and CIREQ-McGill seminars, please follow the rules of the respective institutions.
For seminars at the University of Montreal, the limits (including tax and gratuity) you are entitled to be reimbursed are listed in the table below. If you exceed these limits, you must pay the difference with your colleagues. Receipts with the names of those present at the meal are to be given to Melanie Chartrand (room C-6092).
